Care instructions: Hand wash with a mild detergent and warm water. Towel dry and allow it to completely dry before storing it. Wash with a steel wool pad to smooth any roughness that develops. Do not store your Gallery 30 cutting board near the stove or any source of heat. Use mineral oil to renew the finish and protect the wood.
